Merit Management (Merit, Inc.) was started in 2013 by Rick Pitrowski to bring a new level of community association management to the Florida market. Rick had previously founded a Tampa area management company called Communities of America, Inc., whose reputation in the Tampa area was one of an experienced and knowledgeable team who provided extraordinary customer service to their clients. After fourteen years, Mr. Pitrowski sold Communities of America, Inc. to a large regional management company to pursue other endeavors.

Merit Management will not only provide that same extraordinary customer service to their clients, but they will also provide cutting-edge technology to ease the workload of volunteer Board members and to make it easier for residents to communicate with the Board of Directors as well as with their management company.
